Terms of Service

By accessing or using CapWrap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

CapWrap provides subtitle file processing services to fix line breaks in SRT files.

• Credits are required to download processed files.
• New accounts receive 5 free credits.
• Retrying an unfinished purchase for the same credit package may reopen its checkout for up to 60 minutes. CapWrap may retain its immutable checkout terms for up to four more days to validate delayed Stripe notices. A submitted delayed payment may remain processing for up to 30 days before CapWrap removes the pending purchase.
• Credits do not expire.
• Refunds are available for unused credits within 30 days.
• When Stripe reports a full or partial refund or withdraws funds for a dispute, CapWrap removes up to the corresponding unspent credits from that purchase. The balance will not fall below zero, and CapWrap applies each monetary notice once. If Stripe later reinstates the disputed funds, CapWrap restores exactly the credits removed for that dispute. A dispute creation or closure notice alone does not change the credit balance.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures.
• Resell or redistribute the service.

You retain all rights to your subtitle files. We claim no ownership over content you process.

CapWrap is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
